FOR THE PARENTS
With the mission and practices based on the core values, the goal of The Millard School (TMS) is to be a unique, God-anointed school where children are educated and cared for holistically. The Millard School was founded on the mission to create a world of wonder for students to learn, explore, and ultimately discover their God-given destiny. TMS faculty strives to provide hope and a comprehensive system of support to provide the foundation for each child to fulfill their purpose.
It is our goal to keep the lines of communication open with our school community. This message is to inform you of our process to resolve differences with the school and/or school personnel.
Any parent or student that has a grievance will have the opportunity to have a confidential meeting with school personnel, or another student, with minimal parties present so concerns can openly and honestly be discussed to hopefully move toward a peaceable Godly resolution.
Our conflict resolution policy to mirror the concepts presented in the following scripture: Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone” if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. Matthew 18:15-16
